You may return items purchased from Usatrek under the following

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition.
  • Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Return Process:

Upon Receipt and Inspection:

If the product is in its original condition, refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

Refunds
